Herbal Sinus Steam

Add 2 Tbsp of these aromatic herbs to a heat safe bowl. Pour 4 cups of steaming distilled water over herbs and cover for 2 to 3 minutes. Have a seat in front the of the bowl, carefully position face about 6" over bowl or whatever distance feels comfortable. Drape a towel over your head to trap in steam. Relax while breathing in the aromatic steam for 5 to 10  minutes.
