Reiki Level II Course With Paula at Namaste Healing & Wellness

Deepen your Reiki healing practice in this Reiki Level II class. Come with an open mind & heart and leave with greater knowledge and understanding from this hands-on experience. Each participant will receive a Reiki Level II attunement and certificate of completion. 

What You Will Learn:

Sacred symbols, how to perform distance Reiki, emotional & mental healing, and hands-on skills 

What You Will Walk Away With:

After this course you will be able to offer Reiki as a practitioner for family, friends or in a professional setting. 

Usui Reiki Level II Certificate. 

Course Outline:

Day 1 will consist of a review of Reiki Level I, introduction to new symbols, as well as meditation and mindfulness practices.

Day 2 we will learn hand positions, receive Level II attunement, and the opportunity to practice on one another.

You must attend both days in order to receive a certificate.

What To Bring: 

Certificate or proof of Reiki Level I completion, water to stay hydrated, a journal & pen for note taking, any meditation props that support your comfort.

We will provide an Usui Reiki Level II Training packet, a safe and comfortable space to explore and tune into your intuition to further your energy healing practice, blankets & some props, teas & light treats.

Dress in comfortable clothing.
