Make Your Own Meditation Beads

Just in time for the holidays! Join Tracey for an afternoon of sacred crafting.  Learn to make a string of meditation beads, infused with deep intention.   

 Choose stone beads to support energetics such as romantic love, compassion, empowerment, grounding, protection, or healing. Then learn to string and knot them into a beautiful and meaningful piece that you can wear or use to adorn your space.

Expect to leave class with the knowledge of how to repeat the process, so you can construct meditation beads as special and heart-felt gifts for the holidays, if you choose.
