Power Animal Retrieval With Meredith
Power Animal Retrieval is a Core Shamanic method to restore power loss, revitalize energy & connection to spirit. A power animal is a compassionate helping spirit that comes embodied as an animal. This animal offers great wisdom, lessons, support, and guidance, as well as, protection. It may come as a guide for a specific time, situation, or stick around with you throughout life.
In the first few minutes of the mini session Meredith will help you open to receive and relax through guided breath, grounding meditation, or hands on reiki and craniosacral therapy. She will then drum or rattle as she enters a visionary journey state to find your power animal and deliver it to you. You may even receive a brief message when your spirit animal arrives. Meredith will give you recommendations for connecting and continued relationship with your spirit helper plus offer future opportunities to learn the core shamanic journey practice for direct connection to your helping spirit. If interested in learning how to journey on your own for answers to the deeper questions in life, creativity, inner guidance, healing purposes, and greater connection with spirit helpers receiving a power animal is the first step into the core shamanic journey practice.

Reiki is a type of energy healing founded in Japan in the early 1900s and is practiced around the world today. It involves hands on (or hands off) techniques which can help reduce stress, promote relaxation and aid in healing. The word Reiki is comprised of two Japanese words, “Rei” meaning Higher Power and “Ki” meaning Life Force Energy. It is believed to be a spiritually guided life force energy.
This 2 day class will be held on July 7th and July 21st from 8am to 12pm on both days. You must attend both classes to receive a Reiki Level I certificate.
In this class, you will learn the background and principles of Reiki and explore the human energy system. You will receive a Reiki Level I Attunement, learn self healing techniques and have the opportunity to practice on others.
Class is presented by Paula Marquez, Reiki Master-Teacher.

These are a unique way to make cards, invitations & party favors. Seed paper can be planted & lovely flowers will bloom! It's a creative way to recycle used paper. You will have the option of making cards for: Easter, Earth day, Mothers day or any occasion you wish.

Ashley Durrant is a lifelong Coloradoan currently creating out of Bailey, Colorado. She was born in Fort Collins and grew up next to Rocky Mountain National Park, where her love for nature blossomed. Throughout her life, art would come and go. It was always an outlet for her to express herself. As a self-taught artist, she began to utilize her skills along with her other talents. In 2009, Ashley facilitated Memories in the Making for Elderhaus, an Adult Day Care Facility. This program is hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association and helps those with Alzheimer’s reminisce memories and record them through artwork. Ashley had found her niche as she had a special way with her participants.
Ashley has hosted several paint class groups as well as paint fundraisers for the community. Working with children, adults and seniors has given her experience with teaching art to a vast audience.
Inspired by Van Gogh, Monet and Salvador Dali, Ashley’s artwork is extremely diverse. Her art work is full of nature, spirits, animals, anatomy, mystical creatures, land, sea, galaxy, skyscapes, surrealism but also abstract art mixed with sacred geometry.
One thing that sets her artwork aside from others is that Ashley utilizes crystals, infuses essential oils and moon water into her art. She also does intuitive artwork, abundance artwork, healing artwork and manifestation pieces.
