Join us for an evening of self care indulgence! Not only will we learn about practices that can help during times of stress but we will also practice them hands-on! Be ready to take off your shoes and relax during this workshop!
We will begin the evening with a nourishing herbal foot soak followed by a self foot massage using herb infused oils. We’ll then talk about (& practice some) self care techniques including grounding, journaling, sleep hygiene, movement, breath work & hydrotherapy. We’ll end the evening with a meditation including a mini Reiki healing session.
Each participant will leave with a handout that includes the practices we have talked about so they can continue using them at home.
Nourishing herbal tea and a yummy healthy snack will be provided.
