Learn about natural ways to help deal with stress. In this workshop, we will go over a variety of herbal remedies including teas, tinctures and flower essences that can help during times of stress. We will also practice techniques involving movement and breath work that can help get us through a stressful situation.
Be ready to try herbal remedies and be prepared to get up and move in this lightly active workshop!
Each participant will leave with a calming tea, tincture or flower essence of their choice to keep on hand.
