This is the second workshop of a two part series.
We will again focus on nutrition, healthy eating and ways to incorporate herbs into our everyday diets.
There is so much information out there that it is sometimes difficult to decipher what really is the best advice for you. In this workshop, we will talk about the basics and what it means to eat healthy. We know that certain foods can affect our bodies, good or bad. We will discuss why this happens. We will also learn about nutritive herbs and how we can easily add them to our meal planning. We will talk about incorporating supplements, healthy fats, tips for shopping healthy without breaking the bank and much more.
It is not necessary to attend both workshops to get something out of them.
This workshop will include a handout and recipes.
