Reiki Level I Course

April 7th, 8am to 12pm & April 21st, 8am to 12pm

We are very excited to offer our first Reiki Level I Course!

Reiki is a type of energy healing founded in Japan in the early 1900s and is practiced around the world today. It involves hands on (or hands off) techniques which can help reduce stress, promote relaxation and aid in healing. The word Reiki is comprised of two Japanese words, “Rei” meaning Higher Power and “Ki” meaning Life Force Energy. It is believed to be a spiritually guided life force energy.

This 2 day class will be held on April 7th and April 21st from 8am to 12pm on both days. You must attend both classes to receive a Reiki Level I certificate.

In this class, you will learn the background and principles of Reiki and explore the human energy system. You will receive a Reiki Level I Attunement, learn self healing techniques and have the opportunity to practice on others.

Class is presented by Paula Marquez, Reiki Master-Teacher.
