Herbal Facial Steam

Add 2 Tbsp of herbs + 4 cups steaming water to a heat safe bowl.  Cover for 2-3 minutes. Position face 6 inches or more from the bowl, drape head with a towel and relax while breathing in the lovely aromas for 5-10 minutes.

Ingredients: Calendula, Chamomile, Lavender, Marshmallow Root, Rose Petals.
