Hawthorn Leaf & Flower, Marshmallow Leaf, Linden Leaf & Flower, Krishna Holy Basil Leaf, Hawthorn Berry, Rose Hips, & Licorice Root (100% Organic).
Add 1 cup boiling water to 1 Tablespoon of tea. Let steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain & enjoy!
